The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive General Manager People, you'll become a key member of the People Leadership Team, partnering with executive leaders across the organisation to design and deliver strategic organisational development initiatives that strengthen capability, improve organisational performance and enable lasting business transformation.

Rather than inheriting existing programs, you'll have the opportunity to build contemporary frameworks and approaches that will become part of GPC's long-term organisational capability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic organisational development initiatives aligned to Strategy 2030.

• Designing enterprise performance frameworks and capability programs.

• Leading organisational design and structural change initiatives.

• Establishing contemporary approaches to organisational change and transformation.

• Building frameworks supporting talent, succession, culture, engagement and employee experience.

• Partnering with executive and operational leaders to deliver practical organisational outcomes.

• Leading and developing a specialist project team.

• Providing expert advice across organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and enterprise transformation.

About You

You're someone who enjoys solving organisational challenges. You know effective organisational development is about creating practical solutions that help leaders lead better, teams perform better and organisations adapt with confidence.

You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complexity and building trusted relationships across diverse operational environments.
