This a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role at the centre of one of Queensland’s legacy mega projects, a program that will leave an enduring mark on the state for generations to come.
As Senior Planning and Scheduling Manager, your impact will extend well beyond technical expertise. You will lead with vision and authority, shaping the governance, integration, and oversight of all scheduling activities across the program. At the core of this role is the ability to unite diverse delivery packages into one coherent and accountable schedule, ensuring that milestones are met, risks are anticipated, and decisions are informed by clarity and insight.
Equally important is your leadership of people. You will guide and develop a small, high-performing team, instilling a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Through your influence and credibility, you will bring together contractors, government stakeholders, and delivery partners, ensuring alignment and fostering the trust needed to drive results in a complex, high-profile environment.
You will also serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complexity into clear strategic advice and shaping critical program decisions. Your leadership will be measured not just in technical outputs, but in the confidence you build, the relationships you forge, and the standards you set across the project.
We are seeking a proven leader in planning and scheduling who combines deep infrastructure expertise with the ability to inspire, influence, and deliver at scale. This is your opportunity to lead from the front on a program of national significance, where the strength of your leadership will be as important as the precision of your technical skills.
