The People function of this national business, play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth and development of all leaders and team members in this customer facing organisation.
As a Senior HR Business partner, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding support to leaders, ensuring all employees are actively engaged in their work, as well as covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle in relation to workforce & succession planning, optimisation of systems and transformation, industrial relations and employee relations and performance management and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering and working as a valued member of a small team, you will demonstrate and model passion for exceptional operational delivery and people strategy. You will partner across the organisation and build capability across HR Advisors & Coordinators – working between strategy and operations daily.
Key responsibilities:
- HR Strategy – this role will allow you to contribute and support the execution of HR projects and develop strategic plans.
- Employee Engagement – all engagement activities to ensure leaders are well set up and supported
- Industrial and Employee Relations – support and coaching for leaders in relation to performance and legislative requirements, supporting on case management
- Annual Cyclical Activities – assist leaders in execution of all reviews and ensuring the completion and iterative improvement of all annual activities
- HR Operations – like all HR Business Partnering roles there will be an element of operational activities including salary reviews and general administration
With a strong technical HR grounding you will come with experience (5 – 8+ years) as a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner who demonstrates in depth knowledge of Australian HR practices. Customer centric, strategic and with the ability to develop and grow leaders you will play a critical role in the organisation’s commitment to delivering an exceptional customer and brand experience. You will have a passion for optimisation of people, processes and systems and deliver robust change management practices across all levels of a business.
