This is not a traditional HR role focused on process or policy. You’ll work side-by-side with leaders to influence decisions, solve complex challenges and deliver practical people strategies that create meaningful business impact.

About the Opportunity

Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will operate as a trusted advisor across a broad stakeholder group, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on partnering.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned to business priorities;
  • Leading workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives;
  • Coaching leaders to build high-performing and engaged teams;
  • Managing complex employee relations matters and providing commercially balanced advice;
  • Supporting change and transformation initiatives across the business; and
  • Collaborating across the broader People team to drive continuous improvement and employee experience initiatives.

About You
You are a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys influencing outcomes and building strong relationships across a fast-paced environment.

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent role within a fast-moving commercial environment;
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and workforce strategy;
  • Demonstrated capability partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision making;
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation;
  • Exposure to workforce planning, organisational development and talent initiatives; and
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach with a genuine passion for partnering with the business
