About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Human Resources Advisor to join a high-performing People & Culture team within a dynamic and geographically dispersed organisation.
This is a true generalist role where you will partner closely with leaders across a variety of business units, providing expert advice, driving people initiatives, and contributing to a strong, values-led culture. You will play a key role in supporting both operational and strategic HR activities, ensuring best practice across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support across onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and offboarding
- Partner with leaders to proactively manage employee relations matters, offering practical, risk-aware advice
- Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, awards, and HR policies with confidence
- Act as a key HRIS (Human Capital Management system) super-user, supporting system governance, reporting, and insights
- Support the delivery of people initiatives aligned to business strategy, including engagement and capability uplift
- Assist with remuneration processes including salary reviews and incentive programs
- Facilitate onboarding programs and contribute to a positive employee experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Payroll, leadership teams, and broader People & Culture functions
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
- Identify trends and provide insights to support continuous improvement and decision-making
About You
You are a proactive and confident HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and influencing outcomes at all levels of the business.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role (ideally 4+ years)
- Strong knowledge of employment relations, including enterprise agreements and awards
- Experience partnering with both corporate and operational teams
- Ability to manage complex ER/IR matters end-to-end
- Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting HR data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
- Experience in medium to large, complex organisations (highly regarded)
- Exposure to working with geographically dispersed or remote teams (advantageous)
