Our client is a national organisation focussed on leading the way in the design and installation of creative events and exhibits. They partner with clients across local government, technology, arts, science, education and transport industries to provide an end-to-end service from enquiry through to installation.
Due to increase demand, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join their team specialising in events, exhibitions and fit outs.
About your next role:
Working alongside the creative & design team, the Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle including translating client briefs into executable project plans, estimating, cost control, scheduling, supplier management and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing & managing comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocation for clients;
- Ensuring accurate project cost estimates based on project scope, materials & labour;
- Utilising your strong communication skills to ensure clients and internal teams are kept informed and updated on project status;
- Managing production and installation as well as freight and logistics for each project; and
- Participating in postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and feedback from clients.

- Demonstrated experience in Project Management ideally in a fit out or events exhibition environment;

- An understanding of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall etc) and have experience utilising software for outcomes; and
- The ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to build effective relationships through your collaborative and communication focused approach.
