Transmax is the creator of STREAMS - the intelligent transport software platform used by road agencies across Australia and internationally - and is now moving from a perpetual licence + annual release model to a modern cloud-hosted SaaS model.
This role sits at the core of that shift.
About the role
With key engagement across the Executive and leadership group, you will sit across three major delivery streams:
- legacy product delivery and software assurance
- Next-Gen STREAMS development (cloud platform + strategic ITS product suite)
- customer transitions from on-premise to subscription SaaS
What success looks like
Over the next 12-18 months, this role will contribute to:
- landing shareholder-funded roadmap commitments
- aligning organisational wide accreditation pathways and standards
- ongoing delivery of legacy product releases
- strategic sequencing of customer transitions (TMR first, then broader scale)
- uplift of delivery cadence + PM capability (without heavy PMO overhead)
You bring:
- modern SaaS delivery and program leadership experience
- strength in executive / Board reporting and risk framing
- the ability to influence without rigidity or ego
- EQ, judgement and patience
