The RBWH Foundation is entering an exciting new chapter, strengthening its foundations, deepening relationships, and expanding its impact to support life-changing research, innovation and care. As part of this transformation, the Foundation is appointing a Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, a pivotal role in delivering the new operating model, driving growth in giving, and rebuilding capability during a period of renewal and expansion.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, this role will lead and grow the Foundation’s transformational and major giving, gift in will, and corporate partnership and donor experience initiatives, cultivating meaningful relationships with donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic supporters. You’ll bring curiosity, strategy and creativity to connect generosity with purpose, designing programs that inspire giving and demonstrate measurable impact across the Herston Health Precinct community.

The ideal candidate will be a contemporary philanthropy and partnerships leader with the vision, drive and tenacity to build influence and momentum. You will bring strong strategic and relational skills, an ability to engage authentically with diverse stakeholders, and a proven record of delivering growth through thoughtful engagement and collaboration.
