Reporting directly to the global Group Director, People Partnering, and working day-to-day as a trusted partner to the CEO ANZ, this is a pivotal role in evolving the culture, leadership capability, and people strategy of the region.

- Embed global HR processes – including talent frameworks, performance management, and succession planning – ensuring consistency and best practice across all markets.
- Lead and inspire the ANZ People team, building cohesion and shared purpose, even within a global reporting structure.
- Represent ANZ on the Global Talent Council and contribute to designing innovative international people solutions.
