This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, highly commercial organisation as a HR Business Partner supporting a commercial and corporate team. Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will play a key role in delivering commercially focused HR solutions, leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving meaningful people projects that enhance capability, performance and employee experience.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, you will partner across a diverse portfolio and provide expert HR support across a broad range of people matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support across assigned business areas
  • Managing complex ER and IR matters in collaboration with Centres of Excellence
  • Leading and delivering HR projects, transformation initiatives and continuous improvement activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and service delivery
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing commercially focused people solutions
  • Supporting HR Advisors through mentoring, coaching and escalation support; and
  • Using people data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes

About you
You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnering with hands-on delivery. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable managing competing priorities and enjoy building strong relationships across all levels of a business.

You will bring:
  • 4–5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist, ER/IR or change/project-focused role
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters
  • The ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solutions-focused approach
  • Experience leading projects, driving change and improving people processes
  • Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, Law or a related discipline
  • Experience within a fast-paced, complex environment will be highly regarded
