This is a rare opportunity for a senior Learning and Development leader who wants to build, shape and own a nationally significant program in an organisation that operates with the pace, autonomy and ambition of a scale-up. Working in a small, purpose-driven team, you will have real influence, the freedom to innovate and the ability to move ideas quickly from concept to delivery.
Leading an end-to-end professional development program that plays a critical role in lifting capability, compliance and performance across industry, you will set the learning strategy and design and embed competency frameworks that ensure all content is practical, engaging and aligned with regulatory and industry expectations. Your focus will be on high-quality adult learning, effective digital delivery and outcomes that are clearly measurable and demonstrable.
You will oversee course design, quality assurance and provider performance, ensuring learning remains current, accessible and audit-ready in a highly regulated environment. Working closely with data, compliance and engagement teams, you will actively use insights from learner behaviour, performance data and regulatory trends to continuously improve the program, proactively address emerging risks and strengthen overall industry outcomes.
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder capability are critical. You will build and manage partnerships across industry, regulators and commercial organisations to fund content development and support innovation, while maintaining clear guardrails around independence, integrity and compliance.
