About the role
As the Workplace Relations Team Lead, you will provide leadership and oversight to a dedicated team of employee relations case managers, ensuring timely, consistent, and compliant case resolution. Acting as the first point of escalation, you will guide your team in managing complex workplace matters and deliver coaching to leaders to build organisational capability in employee relations.
