Make a Real Difference

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services / CFO, this newly created HR Business Partner role offers a rare opportunity to make a measurable impact from day one.

As the organisation’s first in-house HR hire, you’ll partner closely with the executive leadership team (ELT) and operational leaders to bring the people and culture strategy to life. You will play a key role in:
  • Driving culture and employee engagement
  • Coaching leaders through organisational change and workforce development
  • Implementing a new HRIS
  • Embedding performance, recognition, and people experience frameworks
  • Creating a workplace where inclusion and neurodiversity are celebrated
This is a standalone role with breadth and influence—a hands-on opportunity to create systems, coach leaders, and embed a positive, future-focused culture.

Who You Are

We’re seeking a commercially minded, people-centric HR professional who is values-aligned and agile in approach. You will thrive in an evolving, purpose-driven organisation and bring:
  • Experience across the full employee lifecycle in a business-partnering role
  • Proven ability to coach, support and challenge leaders in a constructive way
  • HRIS implementation experience and digital mindset
  • Understanding or exposure to supporting neurodiverse or diverse workforces
  • Adaptability, empathy, and strong communication skills
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, wants to contribute meaningfully to societal impact, and relishes the chance to co-create an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
In return, you’ll enjoy:
  • A warm, committed team and executive leadership that values HR partnership
  • The chance to be part of a growing, values-led organisation doing meaningful work
  • Ongoing professional development and the ability to shape your own role
