You will also support cyclical activities such as remuneration reviews, STI payments, and HR reporting, while assisting external service providers with industrial relations matters (including EA negotiations). Key responsibilities:
• Interpret and research enterprise agreements, awards and legislation, providing insights and advice.
• Support remuneration activities, including annual review cycles, incentive payments and reporting.
• Prepare high-quality HR reports, policies, and board-level documentation.
• Monitor and respond to legislative and award changes, keeping the business informed.
• Partner with external service providers on industrial matters, including EA negotiations.
• Contribute to policy development and HR governance frameworks.

What we’ll love about you:
With around 3+ years of HR experience, you may be a strong generalist ready to specialise in industrial relations or remuneration. You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing a significant volume of desk-based work. Your excellent written communication skills will set you apart, along with your ability to research, interpret and distil complex information into clear, practical advice.
