What makes AACo extraordinary?
At Attuned Talent, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside the Australian Agricultural Company through multiple phases of its journey - an organisation that blends deep heritage with innovation across more than 6.4 million hectares of pastoral land and operations reaching from remote stations to global markets.
AACo’s people are at the heart of everything they do - a team of more than 500 individuals working across operations, logistics, supply chain and corporate functions to deliver premium, sustainable beef to customers around the world. Guided by the values Be Curious, Be Generous, and Own Your Impact , AACo continues to shape the future of Australia’s beef industry with purpose, integrity, and care for their people, animals, and environment.
This is a business built on authenticity, resilience and connection - and it’s an extraordinary time to join.
Make an Impact
Following an executive portfolio realignment, AACo’s Wellbeing, Health and Safety function has been intentionally repositioned within the People & Culture team - signalling a strong shift toward a more people-centric, integrated approach to safety and wellbeing.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager People and Culture, the Head of Wellbeing, Health and Safety will lead this next chapter of transformation, building on the foundations that exist and exploring opportunity to modernise, simplifying frameworks, and setting a clear roadmap for cultural and functional maturity.
Leading a small but high-impact team across systems, operations, injury management and reporting, and partnering with leaders across the business, this role will bring clarity, consistency and confidence to the way safety and wellbeing are experienced across the business. It’s an opportunity to influence from the ground up to the Executive Team and Board - embedding a proactive, care-centred culture where wellbeing and performance go hand in hand.
Acres of Opportunity for You and Your Career
We’re seeking an experienced safety and wellbeing professional who can meet the business where it’s at, while inspiring confidence and taking others with them in its future direction. You’ll bring the credibility and communication style to engage everyone from Board members and Executives through to operational leaders - guiding a shift from compliance to culture.
You’ll likely bring:
For the right leader, this is an opportunity to shape a legacy of care, trust and performance - across a business whose reach and impact are truly Australian in scale.
