Key Highlights
- Lead global remuneration frameworks and demonstrate ROI of workforce and incentive programs (STI, LTI).
- Establish and embed global Centres of Excellence, enabling four Regional Heads of HR to deliver locally relevant outcomes.

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) is a global, ASX-listed, founder-led travel management company delivering 31 years of ingenuity, agility, and award-winning solutions across four continents. Here, you’ll join a performance-driven culture where people are trusted to lead themselves, enabled to drive change, and encouraged to challenge the status quo, supported by leaders who value innovation, pragmatism, and shared success.
Your destination: The Role & Opportunity
As the newly formed Global Head of People & Remuneration, based in Brisbane and reporting to the Global COO, you will partner with the Global Head of OD and four Regional Heads of HR (ANZ, North America, UK/Europe, and Asia), you will build Centres of Excellence across remuneration, workforce analytics, and performance alignment, equipping HR leaders with global standards, tools, and programs they can adapt locally.
You will shape remuneration frameworks and connect incentives to performance and ROI for CTM’s 3,000-strong workforce. While not directly building dashboards, you will create how workforce and performance data is presented, interpreted, and shared with executives, leaders, and the Board.
This role blends strategy with execution, setting global direction while remaining hands-on. You won’t directly manage a team, but will operate in a matrix environment, leveraging shared resources and influencing leaders across CTM to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead global remuneration governance, frameworks, and reporting in line with ASX requirements.
- Establish standards across Centres of Excellence: remuneration, analytics, performance, and talent.
- Partner with four Regional Heads of HR to align global people practices with local execution.
- Provide leaders, executives, and Board with clear, data-driven insights on workforce, performance, and ROI.
We’re after a high-impact HR and remuneration leader who is:
- Analytically minded, able to turn workforce and performance data into strategic insights.
- Skilled in driving HR’s strategic positioning while still delivering hands-on outcomes.
- Experienced in connecting remuneration, performance, and future-of-work thinking.
- Self-driven, pragmatic, and energised by working in a small team with a global impact.
- Collaborative and globally minded, able to unify practices across ANZ, North America, UK/Europe, and Asia.
