An opportunity exists for a Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, consumer-led business operating across e-commerce and retail channels. Working closely with the CEO, this role will take ownership of the finance function while bringing greater clarity, structure and insight to a scaling business.
You will establish a clear single source of truth across financial and operational performance, developing reporting, dashboards and insights that enable better decision-making. This includes providing visibility on key metrics such as revenue, margin, inventory and cash flow, as well as identifying trends and drivers of performance to support forward-looking decisions.
This is a hands-on and commercially focused role, suited to someone who can move between detail and strategy. You will contribute to forecasting, modelling and business planning, while partnering across the organisation to support commercial outcomes. A focus on process improvement will be key, including enhancing systems, automating reporting and building scalable financial foundations.
You will bring experience in a senior finance role within a growing business, ideally in e-commerce, retail or a consumer environment. You are technically strong, but equally able to communicate insights clearly and tell the story behind the numbers.
