The future of aged care is changing, and this is an opportunity to lead that change. Lutheran Services is seeking an outstanding executive to lead the transformation of its aged care portfolio, with the immediate priority of building, commercialising and scaling its Support at Home business. As one of Queensland's most respected not-for-profit providers, Lutheran Services is investing in a future-focused operating model that will deliver sustainable growth, exceptional client outcomes and long-term success under Australia's aged care reforms.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead a significant portfolio spanning Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Support at Home. Your primary focus will be designing and executing a commercially sustainable growth strategy for Support at Home - optimising operating models, improving utilisation, strengthening financial performance and building the capability required to rapidly scale services in an increasingly competitive market. While maintaining oversight of the broader portfolio, success in this role will be defined by your ability to establish Support at Home as a high-performing, growth-focused business.
You are an executive who has successfully built, transformed or scaled community-based health, aged care or human services businesses. You combine strong commercial acumen with operational excellence and understand how to create sustainable growth through innovation, customer experience, workforce optimisation and disciplined financial management. You thrive in complex environments, lead with authenticity and bring the strategic capability to translate reform into commercial opportunity. Experience leading Support at Home, Home Care or community-based services will be highly regarded.
