Queensland Domestic and Family Violence Alliance (QDFVA) is the new independent statewide peak body representing specialist domestic and family violence and women’s health services. Working alongside members, government and key stakeholders, QDFVA advocates for system reform, strengthens sector capability and champions evidence-informed responses that improve outcomes for victim-survivors across Queensland.

Guided by the Board Composition Matrix, the Board is looking to appoint three new Non-Executive Directors who will complement the existing skills of the Board and CEO while strengthening QDFVA's strategic capability. This is an opportunity to influence statewide reform, contribute to stronger outcomes for victim-survivors and support the long-term sustainability of Queensland's peak body for specialist domestic and family violence services. Directors will work alongside an experienced Board and leadership team committed to collaboration, integrity and meaningful systems change.
